Shipping & Delivery

At Postuurkleding, we ensure that your order is shipped safely, carefully, and discreetly. Below you can read all about our shipping and delivery procedure.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over €45, throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €45, we charge a shipping fee of €3.95.

Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped via our own logistics stock locations. Since we manage the entire process ourselves, we can work efficiently, purchase better, and maintain our service at a high level.

Responsibility & Delivery Status
Once your order is marked as 'delivered' by the delivery service, the responsibility lies with the recipient. Postuurkleding is not liable for lost packages after this notification. We advise you to keep a close eye on your tracking code and to receive your shipment on time.

Check Shipping Address
Make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses can lead to delays or loss of your package. If you notice after placing your order that the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible; if the shipment has not yet been processed, we can still adjust it.

Not Home During Delivery?
If you are not home during the delivery attempt, your package is usually delivered to a nearby pickup point. You will automatically receive a notification from the delivery service about this.
