Our policy is: if you're not satisfied, you get your money back. This means that after receiving your order, you have 14 days to evaluate the product. During this period, you can see if the product meets your expectations and if it is suitable for your use.

Evaluating a product is done in the same way as in a physical store. You look at, feel, and try on the product to get a good impression, but you do not use it intensively or for a long time. It is not intended for the product to be worn fully or extensively tested in daily use during this period.

The 14-day money-back guarantee is explicitly not a trial period. This means that you cannot use the product for 14 days to see if it is comfortable enough for long-term wear, or to assess whether the effect is satisfactory in the long term. The argument that a product "does not work quickly enough" is also not applicable here.

To be eligible for a return or suitable solution, the product must meet the return conditions of postuurkleding.nl. This includes that the product is unused, undamaged, and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.

If a product shows visible signs of wear, has usage marks, or is no longer in a sellable condition, we may refuse the return or charge a depreciation fee.
