Exchanges & Returns

At Postuurkleding, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Is the item not what you expected? No problem, you can return it within 14 days, provided it meets the conditions.

General Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Condition of the Item: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Labels, tags, and hygiene seals (if present) must not be removed.
  • Shipping Costs: The costs for returning are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Address: The return address will be provided after you have registered a return via info@postuurkleding.nl.

Received a Defective or Damaged Product? That is certainly not the intention. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please email within 24 hours to info@postuurkleding.nl with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will then ensure a suitable solution.

Products That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned. Consider the following:

  • Close-fitting products (such as socks or underwear) whose seal has been broken.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or whose packaging has been opened.
  • Products from which hygiene stickers or seals have been removed.
  • Sale/Outlet items for which the product page states that returns are not possible.

Exchanging for a Different Size or Color? Want a different size or color? That’s possible! Return the original item and place a new order through the webshop. This way, we can deliver your desired item faster. The shipping costs for the exchange are at your expense.

Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return in good order:

  • We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 10 working days.
  • Returns without a return form or with damage/use marks will not be accepted.

Important Points

  • Returns are at your own risk and always the responsibility of the customer. Preferably use a traceable shipping method.
  • Returns without a clear sender or incomplete return registration cannot be processed.
  • We are not liable for packages that are damaged or lost during return transport.
  • If your order is marked as "delivered" by the delivery service, but you have not received anything, the responsibility lies with the customer from that moment on.
