At Postuurkleding, quality and customer satisfaction are central. That is why we offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our products. With this warranty, you are assured of a properly functioning product and a suitable solution if something goes wrong.
What the warranty entails
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems that arise from normal use of the product. If a product does not function properly within the warranty period, you can contact us. We will then assess the situation together with you and determine what is wrong.
Our procedure for warranty
When you report a problem, we always first look for a suitable solution. In many cases, we can assist you with advice or a simple solution that quickly resolves the issue.
If the problem cannot be resolved, we will ensure a suitable next step. This may mean that we send a replacement product. Our goal is always to ensure that you receive a properly functioning product and are satisfied with the outcome.
No direct refund with warranty
It is important to know that a warranty is not the same as a money-back guarantee. When making a warranty claim, you cannot directly request a refund. We are first obligated to resolve the issue, for example, by repairing or replacing the product.
Only when a suitable solution is not possible will we look for an alternative resolution. However, in most cases, we resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
Warranty conditions
The warranty applies to normal use of the product. Damage due to improper use, wear and tear, or external influences is not covered by the warranty. The product must have been used as intended and according to the instructions.
Additionally, you may be asked for proof of the problem, such as photos or a clear description, so that we can assist you as best as possible.
